Initiate Return Request
Log into your Lorex Pro account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and reset any stored data, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
